Product Returns:
All online orders are FINAL, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Claims for Loss or Damage: Place claims against the carrier for products lost or damaged in transit. For shortages in shipment, Anti-Seize Technology must be notified within 3 business days of receipt of order. Contact the sales department at 877-ANTISEIZE (847-455-2300) Email: sales@antiseize.com.

For our Distributors:
Up to 1 year from date of purchase, in original unopened cases and in resalable condition. Any return must be authorized in writing by Anti-Seize Technology and assigned a return material authorization(RMA#). All returns must follow the instructions contained in the RMA. Goods will NOT be accepted for return without the RMA#. For questions, call 1-847-455-2300. Returned resalable products are subject to a 15% restocking charge to cover inspection and handling.

Freight Policy:
Full freight allowance on orders(excluding drums) of $1800.00 Net billing for single destination in Continental U.S.A. Anti-Seize Technology reserves the right to specify carrier on prepaid orders.
