AST-LOCK Retaining Compounds provide a solution for every practical industrial application. They retain bearings and housings and reduce maintenance for pneumatic/hydraulic equipment. Use right out of the bottle. Packaged in three popular sizes to fit your particular job or application.
For use with most AST-LOCK™/AST-SEAL™ anaerobic compounds:
AST-LOCK™ PRIMER T is Acetone Based and fast acting
• Viscosity: 3 Cps, Flash Point: 0ºF, Color: Yellow, P/N: 39008
AST-LOCK™ PRIMER N is Heptane Based and good for general-purpose applications
• Viscosity: 3 Cps, Flash Point: 30ºF, Color: Green, P/N: 39118

AST-LOCK™ 09RC Designed for augmenting the strength of press-fitted assemblies, it can be used on slip-fitted parts with a diametrical clearance of up to .005". It should be used on new and replacement parts. Color: Green, (Loctite Interchange P/N#: 601/609)

AST-LOCK™ 20RC Specifically engineered to meet close tolerance and high-temperature requirements. Maximum gap-filling ability makes this retaining compound the perfect choice for loosely fitted parts. Use a primer on gaps over .005". Color: Green, (Loctite Interchange P/N#: 620/680)
